Can I see the car's documents before I commit?
Yes. The full file — history, inspection and paperwork — is available at the showroom for every car, before any payment.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our prices are set once, against the car's condition and the market. What changes a price is a trade-in, not a negotiation.
Why do some cars say “price on request”?
The price is fixed like every other car — it is simply not published. Ask, and you get the same number as everyone else.
Will you take my current car as part of the deal?
Yes. Send the make, model, year, mileage and condition through the trade-in form and a specialist comes back with an inspected offer.
Can you import a specific car for me?
Yes. Tell us the exact make, model, year and specification and we source it directly from Europe. Request a configuration and a specialist will confirm timeline and cost.
What do “Reserved” and “Arriving Soon” mean?
Reserved: held for a buyer who has already committed. Arriving Soon: sourced and in transit — you can reserve it before it lands.
Do you help with financing?
We work with banking partners and can introduce you to financing options if you qualify.
